Window Falls

Beautiful part of Hanging Rock State Park, just an hour north of Winston-Salem.

I confess, I did plant the leaves in the first two pictures. I read about placing color in an outdoor photography magazine.
As for the leaves - slim pickings this year. It has been so dry in NC that fall never really came. Leaves are rotting on the trees, whereas normally they would have changed color and fallen several weeks ago.
It still is beautiful, just not quite what we're used to.

Well I have to say that the place look beautiful and you did an excellent work with the leaves adition but I have to say the number three is my favorite because you were abel to cpatured movement and color at the same time. very pretty.

These are fantastic. I've been wanting to do some shots like this but just haven't found the right place yet.
