Over the coming weeks, I'll do quite a few food posts, partly a learning experiment - to force me to do a little homework.
Foccacia is a fairly simple bread to make - it gets its special flavor from olive oil, extra salt, and the rosemary/parmesan you see on top here to the normal yeast/flour dough.
AJA now I want to know more about that Foccacia. Is it something you use to accompany some paste? spaguetti perhaps?. By the way, great use of ligth here.
