Sunset - Pingtung

A great sunset is definitely a rare occasion in our smoggy little city. Usually the sun just disappears into the haze, so I was thrilled to see this one.

I confess, I stole the idea of doing a rare sky for photofriday - from Abhi of Coup d'etat of the status quo, who entered an awesome picture of the Manhattan skyline this week.

Also, I got good news on my granmother. Her surgery went well and she's in the hospital recovering. Thanks again for your notes and prayers!
