Looking down - Taipei 101
This was the only picture from the top I'm happy with. Here are a couple others if you're interested. Dirty windows in addition to the normal problems of shooting through glass made it difficult. Deb has a picture up for discussion on the photoblogs magazine critique page with a similar question about taking pictures in an aquarium - if you've got any advice, she (and I) would love to hear it!

Nice photo! You asked what program I use for picture loading. I upload images that are 500 pixels on the longest dimension to photobucket.com. If the images are too large, though, photobucket decreases the dimensions.
