Outai (Wutai in proper Pinyin) is an aboriginal village east of Sandimen in Pingtung county - which accounts for the slight assymetry of the cross as it was carved freehand. . .I'm still doing some homework and picture- taking in hopes of doing an aboriginal month somewhere down the road.
