Chuanfan Rock - Kenting Aside from the fact that I wanted to have something to show for waking up at 5:30 in the rain and being suprised by a wave that left me a wet pair of shoes for the rest of the day, I wanted to post a couple of moody pictures as a segway to one of my heroes - Sam Abell.

This one was a bit of a learning experience. . .if on the beach, near the water, wear boots or take off your shoes. Also, we've got two sets of camera batteries - when one runs low, I stick the others right in. But a friend needed to borrow some, so I emptied the camera and recharged for a few hours. Powerless, it died, and reset itself to a 1 megapixel setting. Oops.
