So are Tomatoes

This is a vegetable platter from a party last weekend - squash, red-peppers, and various other goodies. The rose is actually a sliced tomato stuffed in a pineapple top. As far as cutting a tomato in such a way - boggles my mind - there is a vegetable peeler and a lot of skill involved.
